About Bonnie M. Scruggs

Bonnie was an Orange County native for the majority of her life and graduating from La Quinta High located in Westminster, CA in 1968.

She took on the role of motherhood early and found a passion for cooking.

Those who knew her, would always say, That woman can cook.”

Bonnie had an enormous sense of humor and forged life long friendships.

After moving from Orange County, and leaving her heart in San Juan Capistrano, she pursued retirement in June Lake, CA with her husband.

She found tranquility in the fresh air, gardening and occasionally feeding the surrounding animals.

Bonnie’s harmonious life in June Lake was cut short due to a stroke in 2013.

Her remaining years were spent in Bishop, CA. God called for her on the 12th of June 2025.

She leaves behind a brother, sister, life long friends and a beloved Son.
