With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Corrinne Loretta (Mayo) Olson of Plymouth, Minnesota, on June 1, 2025, at the age of 48. Corrinne (Cori) left this world surrounded by her loving family, leaving behind a legacy of humor, warmth, resilience, and deep compassion.

Born on January 25, 1977, in Omaha, Nebraska, Cori lived a life of love, humor, and service to others. A proud 8-year veteran of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, 60-mile walk, she raised vital funds for breast cancer research, walking each mile with strength, determination, and a heart full of hope. Cori was always thinking of others, dedicating her time and energy to her family and causes greater than herself.

Cori will be remembered for her quick wit, boundless empathy, and the way her laughter could fill a room. Cori uplifted everyone she met—offering support, spreading joy, and with a rare, radiant authenticity.

Cori is survived by her loving husband, Kevin Olson; beloved children, daughters Ariane and Alexis (Sam), and son Garrett; parents, Richard and Linda Mayo; and brothers, Brian (Claudine) and Tom (Jewels). Her memory will also be cherished by grandparents, in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, lifelong friends, and all those whose lives she touched with her kindness, courage, and spark.

A celebration of Cori’s life will be held at a later date.

Though she may be gone from our sight, Cori’s love and light remain with us—an enduring presence in the hearts of all who knew and cherished her.
