In Loving Memory of Kathy Clouser

Kathy Ann Clouser, 78 years in age but about 45 years old in spirit, left our world on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Kathy loved NASCAR, her family, chocolate-covered cherries, doing the "buffalo dance," and country music (especially Blake Shelton) in differing order depending on the day. She was a kind person with a heart of gold, patience, and understanding, and she saw the good in everyone. She will be missed by too many to list here, but particularly by her dog, Macy, her three kids (Robert, Laura, and Christine), her two grandkids (Gabrial and Alyssa), her two sisters (Sue Gunderson and Patty Gunderson) and her niece, Emilee Brank.

The family would like to acknowledge the health care providers at the U of MN Fulton clinic who became like family over the past few years to Kathy as she battled lung cancer and other conditions. They'd also like to acknowledge the staff and residents at New Perspectives, Roseville, where she lived happily for the past few years.

Kathy was a deeply spiritual person who believed that life isn't measured by material wealth but by how we make others feel. Her greatest gifts were kindness, open-hearted acceptance, joy, and love—qualities she lived by and shared generously with all around her.

In honor of Kathy, the family asks that you perform an act of kindness, help a stranger in need, check on a neighbor, or reach out to a loved one who might need a friend.

A celebration of life for Kathy will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1050 Gramsie Road, St. Paul, MN 55126 on Saturday June 14, 2025 from 1 to 4 PM. Casual attire is suggested.
